Who we are
Trade Momentum LLC operates Seconded at seconded.net. Contact legal@seconded.net. If you are an applicant, agent, or board member, the management company that sent your link is the organization responsible for your application. Direct access and deletion requests about a specific deal to that company. We will assist them.
What we collect
Account data for console users: name, email, and sign-in session.
Directory data the company loads: buildings, units, and related staff or board roster entries.
Application data: the worksheet (identity, contact, employment, income, assets, debt, occupancy, and — when the form asks — Social Security number and bank account number), uploaded files, house-rules acknowledgments, typed-name certifications, comments, interviews, conditions, fees on the ledger, and the decision.
Board data: the issued snapshot, votes, and the name a member types to vote.
Operational data: audit events, invite and packet open times, and standard host logs from the infrastructure that serves the site.
How board pages differ
Social Security numbers and bank account numbers are collected on the application and stored for the management company. They are omitted from the board packet. The board page does not contain the value, a last-four mask, or a control that reveals it. Financial figures the board is allowed to see are summary bands, not the raw figure, where the field is marked financial.
Files on a restricted checklist item are not included in the board packet unless a processor explicitly marks a copy board-safe. Expired and revoked links do not open pages or downloads.
Why we use it
We use this data to host the desk, enforce roles, issue and expire links, keep an audit trail, and send an invite email when the company addresses one. We do not use application data for advertising. We do not sell personal information. We do not pull a credit report.
Where it is stored
The application database is hosted by Neon. The site is hosted by Vercel. Invite mail, when the company sends it, leaves through our own mail server for seconded.net. Sensitive field values are stored as encrypted envelopes. Those vendors process data only to provide that infrastructure.
How long
We keep deal data while the management company keeps the account and as needed for the audit log and legal claims. The company can revoke a link immediately. When a company closes its account, we will delete or return deal data on its written instruction, except for records we must keep to meet a legal duty.
Security
Access to the console requires a signed-in session. Applicant and board access requires an unexpired token. Restricted values are not written into the board snapshot. No method of storage is perfect. A value typed into the wrong field, or a file marked board-safe, can leave the company.
Your requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to appeal a denial. Applicants and board members should start with the management company, which owns the deal. Console users may email legal@seconded.net. We will not discriminate against you for making a request. We do not offer financial incentives for personal information.
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them. An adult applicant may list a minor as an occupant. That entry is part of the application the management company asked for.
