Omitted lines
Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, and other restricted lines are not in this packet. There is no control to reveal them, and you will not try to recover them from the page, a download, or the company by using this system. If a line says it is not included, that is the packet.
Confidentiality
The packet is confidential to the board’s review of this application. Do not publish it, post the link, or forward it outside the board. A forwarded link is access. Ask the management company to revoke a link that went to the wrong person. Your vote and the name you type are stored with the application.
No other relationship
Opening the packet does not make Trade Momentum LLC your agent, your counsel, or a decision-maker. The board decides. The packet can expire or be revoked, after which the pages and the files do not open.
