Who sent this
A management company, or an agent it authorized, sent you this link for a specific co-op or condo application. That company is the party reviewing the application. Trade Momentum LLC operates Seconded, the system the company uses. Submitting the form does not mean the board will approve you.
What you are authorizing
By typing in the form, pasting a worksheet, uploading a file, or submitting, you authorize the management company to collect and use that information to process this application, including identity, employment, income, assets, and the documents the building requires. If the form asks for a Social Security number or bank account number, you authorize the company to store it for its file.
Those restricted values are omitted from the pages the board opens in Seconded. Do not also put them in a comment, a file name, or a PDF that the building treats as a board copy. A worksheet you paste should be one you are allowed to share.
Your statements
The house-rules acknowledgment and the typed name at submission are your statements that you read the building materials you were shown and that the application is true and complete to your knowledge. Submission is refused until the house-rules acknowledgment is on the application. This is not a notarized signature.
The link
The link opens the application. Anyone who has it can view and change what is in the portal until it is submitted, revoked, or expired. Do not post it. If you forwarded it by mistake, tell the management company so they can revoke it.
Agents
If your link is marked for an agent, you are submitting on behalf of an applicant you represent. You represent that you have their authority to provide the information and files.
